Avoid Missing our Emails! How to Keep Our Newsletters Out of Your Spam Folder
We’ve heard from some subscribers that our emails are ending up in their Junk or Spam folders. To ensure you receive our newsletter every day, follow these simple steps:
1. Mark Our Email as "Not Spam"
If you find our email in your Spam or Junk folder, select it and look for the "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox" option.
2. Add Us to Your Contacts or Safe Senders List
- All Bridge Michigan email is sent from ‘info@bridgemi.com’
- Gmail: From your Inbox, hover over our email address, click "Add to Contacts."
- Outlook/Hotmail: Add our email address to your Safe Senders list under Settings → Junk Email.
- Apple Mail: Tap our email, then "Add to VIP" or create a rule to send our messages to your inbox.
3. Drag Our Email to Your Primary Inbox (For Gmail Users)
If our email appears in the "Promotions" tab, drag it to "Primary." Gmail will ask if you want to do this for future messages—select "Yes."
4. Whitelist Our Email: info@bridgemi.com
Some email services allow you to whitelist a sender to ensure messages always arrive in your inbox. Check your provider's settings for "Safe Senders" or "Whitelist" options.
